This includes the efficient set-up of (cross-border) business, the corporate income tax aspects but also a strategy & governance for (cross-border) management incentives, payroll & HR, expat related matters and VAT.
Caroline is an entrepreneurial, strategic and result oriented senior professional with a proven track-record in a broad range of management roles, tax, legal, finance, (tax) control, risk and governance and has held various roles in both listed and private companies with complex cross-border and/or ownership structures; roles both in-house and as independent trusted advisor. She also has extensive experience with SME’s as investor and owner– an environment where a hands-on approach is a must.
