
Ingrid has years of experience in supporting organizations in both legal and non-legal ways. Before Ingrid started working as a virtual assistant, she worked as a secretary and in between she took a sidestep and worked as a hairdresser for several years. The last 13 years she worked as a management assistant in financial services for the director of Legal and the legal department, before taking the step into entrepreneurship.
Since January 2019, Ingrid has been working as a (legal) virtual assistant for various companies in different industries. Think of working for a coach, a writer, the cleaning industry and now also for Liance (and sometimes her customers). Ingrid mainly works and preferably from her own location, whereby in exceptional cases a drive to the office does not have to be a problem.
Tasks that Ingrid takes on as a virtual assistant are quite broadly oriented. From e-mail management, complex calendar management to developing, editing or drawing up presentations and documents to preparing agreements, powers of attorney, shareholder resolutions, etc. But she also keeps track of the website and everything that has to do with planning and organization.
