As a commercially oriented legal counsel, Tarik advises companies and organisations from a risk-analysed practical legal perspective while focusing on their business priorities. He is experienced in a broad range of complex matters in private law, contract law and legal management.

Tarik has strong interest in sustainability projects, technological improvements and commercial innovation. He has previously worked at an international law firm in finance, capital markets and banking practice. He holds an LL.M. degree from Leiden University (the Netherlands) on European and International Business Law.
