We are thrilled to inform that Liance Legal, starting as from October 2023, will also serve its clients by establishing a local presence in Latin America from the vibrant city of São Paulo, Brazil. Contributing of equivalent to more than 40% of Latin America’s economy the location is a strategic choice for connecting business and organizations that have interests in the region and in cross-border matters with the European Union. It will also function together with our Curacao presence as a “bridge” to the USA.
With a robust network of partnerships and local experience across Mexico, Colombia, Central & South America, Liance Legal is now well equipped to provide legal advisory in existing or future endeavours as a “one stop shop” bridging Latin America, Europe and beyond.
The Latin American desk will be headed by Bruno Camargo, an international legal counsel qualified in Brazil and the European Union, with whom Liance Legal has partnered for this new significant milestone in our journey.
With an extensive international credential, for nearly three decades of legal practice Bruno has served in multiple roles both in inhouse counseling and private practice. His expertise combines transactional background in M&A, Public-Private Partnerships and Start-Ups/Scale-Ups with a relevant exposure in Life Sciences and Healthcare, Consumer Goods and Agribusiness, alongside a well-positioned placement in the global Ethics & Compliance, Impact & Regenerative Investing and ESG counseling fields, enhancing also the services portfolio of Liance Legal in these areas.
